Education:

Mr. Al Haidari works under the control, supervision and direction of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for the overall management of AMCO.

He is assisted by qualified, and experienced professionals in various functional areas of management. AMCO has a staff strength of 91 personnel.

He maintains a wide range of relationship with key international healthcare organizations, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of medical equipment and healthcare systems around the world. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare / medical field. He has good knowledge and experience with Government hospitals, private medical companies and the international medical manufacturers.

Mr. Dennis Soares has held senior positions in the area of Finance, Accounts & Administration. Previously, he has served as Finance Manager for Ajmals Perfumes group in UAE, Finance Manager / Company Secretary of Shetron Metals Ltd.in Bangalore, India & Accounts Manager for Paragon Textile Mills in Bombay, India.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Hamade, has long career in sales and sales management. He worked for AKORN INC for seven years. His sales skills, promoted him to be in charge of the sales team in the Western territory of USA. He Joined AMCO on 1993, and demonstrated his quality in sales skills as well in the area of business development.

Education:	Bachelor of Business Administration, King Saud University Mr. AL Assar joined JECOR as an office automation specialist. He lived in USA for four years to manage Family business. When Mr. Al Assar joined AMCO he established the Customer Services department, and set the policy and procedures to operate within ISO, and achieve the aimed quality services.

Nabi Yousef - Branch Manager – Western Region

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering King Abdul Aziz University, KSA

Mr. Yousef worked in the field of Biomedical Engineering for ten years prior to join AMCO. These years of field experience helped to sharpen his skills in customer relations. He enhanced his career with training and became one of leading senior salesmen in addition to his capacity to manage the branch office in the western region.

Ayman Zaki - Unit Service Supervisor, Renal Dialysis

MBA (Marketing) Leicester University, UK Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering Cairo University Member of Engineers Syndicate of Egypt

Ayman has worked as service Engineer for ten years. He has been part of the Gambro Renal service team, attending all basic and advance training. This background of know how, has qualified him to supervise the entire unit managing over 20 Engineers/Technicians across the Kingdom. He supervises & provides technical support to the technical team, in-service training to the hospital staff

Name / Job:	Mahdi Habeeb - Unit Sales Manager, Laboratory
Education:	Bachelor Biochemistry King Saud University KSA Mr. Habeeb has a good educational background and hands-on equipment experience, to help him to develop the strategy and the methodology to handle the marketing of laboratory equipment and reagents. He spent over ten years as a field Engineer, and he can sense the needs of his clients, and achieve the objectives of his department.

Education:	Bs.C. Medical School Ain Shams University Dr. Medhat is one of the pioneers to introduce the renal dialysis in the kingdom. His Medical back ground enhanced his ability to market the equipment and assist the client to utilize the equipment to best possible results. His continuing training for the state of art helped him to become valuable to our clients as well as to AMCO

Riyad F. Subih - Unit Sales Manager, MedSurge

Mr. Subih, worked as field service Engineer for six years, before he was promoted by AMCO to serve as a Unit Sales Manager. Mr. Subih’s energetic activities, speed learning ability and good customer relations, has opened the door for good progress. The last two years Mr. Subih was able to increase his installed base and enlarge his service group.

Name / Job:	Fawaz AL Fawzan - PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
Education:	Mr. Al Fawzan, has the personality and the customer approach, conducive for good communication and resolving disputes with the clients. He is actively involved in dealing with Government Ministries & Departments, and also heads the Collection department.

Sami Gad - Technical Support, Consultant

Mr. Gad, has worked in the Biomedical field since 1966 with total of 14years as Biomedical; Engineer, in Radiology services (installation, repair, and image specialist). In 1982 he moved to service management and 1996 became the technical consultant to Egypt MOH for medical Equipment. Mr. Gad has a good skills and knowledge to fulfill his task to solve problems.
