}Asif is a Certified Chartered Accountant (ICAI, India), Certified Management Accountant (IMA, USA) and has a Masters Degree in Finance and Economics. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell and has done his Diploma in Project Management from George Washington University, USA.
}He has more than 20 years of diversified industry experience with reputed American and European Multinational companies such as Honeywell, TNT International express etc and large local groups in the Middle East region including Saudi Arabia, where in he has held positions of Regional Finance Director, CFO and Group CFO.
}His business partnering approach coupled with his strong financial skill sets and process knowledge will help AMCO develop strong systems and controls in line with the growth plans of the company and help improve its profitability.

National Commercial
Bank, Jeddah. With

expectations, Modar
was promoted to the
level of Assistant
Vice President,
Corporate Banking
Group with NCB. As a
Corporate Banker, he
has managed a high
value portfolio of
companies and

complete Internal
and External flow of
AMCO Operations. He

Directors of Nazer
Group, as well as
