Based on the natural convection of heated air, the Jouan ovens are specially designed to maintain a stable and homogeneous environment. Recommended for sterilization, drying and quality controls, thanks to their numerous options, they are also convenient for stoving, hardening and testing procedures.  Easy to use and reliable, the six models in the EU range simplify lab work. They can be easily cleaned inside and out. The casing is coated with a durable epoxy paint.

All ovens are fitted with outlet. ports to ensure the optimum balance between vapour exhaustion, minimum power consumption and heating up time.

A triple insulation

The inner chamber is surrounded by a double wall containing the heating element panels. The first double body is itself encapsulated in a thick rockwool envelope to be totally insulated from the outer body. Along with a hermetically sealed chamber, this structure reduces temperature loss and optimizes the power consumption (e.g. + 1200 W for the 170 litre model).
